RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR REMOTE PURCHASES

According to European and Greek consumer protection laws, for any purchases made remotely (e.g., via the Internet), you have the right to withdraw from this contract and return the products purchased without giving any reason.

1. Withdrawal Period The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. If your order consists of multiple products delivered separately, the period begins from the day of the last physical possession.

2. Notification of Withdrawal To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement:

3. Return of Goods You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

4. Condition of Products (Hygiene Rule) Please Note: Due to the nature of hair care products and for reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 3ib of Law 2251/94) if the protective seal on the product has been broken, if the packaging has been opened, or if the product has been used. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, pristine condition, exactly as delivered, with all security seals intact.

5. Refund Process We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

  • Card Payments: For card transactions, we issue the refund instruction immediately. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in crediting the amount to your account that are caused by the issuing bank or payment provider.

6. Responsibility & Diminished Value The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the products have been damaged due to the consumer’s fault or excessive use.

7. Return Costs The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the return shipping costs exceed the standard universal postal service rates, these costs are not covered by Cadó and shall remain the customer’s responsibility.

8. Necessary Documentation All returned products must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and any relevant legal documentation (e.g., return form).
